Position
Assistant Manager – Quality / Senior Executive – Quality
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Experience: Minimum 7 Years
CTC: ₹9–10 LPA
Travel Requirement: 25%–50%
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems across manufacturing operations.
- Monitor quality assurance activities in juice, beverage, hot fill, and CSD manufacturing processes.
- Oversee food safety systems including HACCP, GMP, GHP, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage and validate critical processes such as UHT, Pasteurization, and CIP.
- Coordinate with co-manufacturing partners to ensure adherence to company quality standards.
- Conduct supplier and co-manufacturer quality audits and drive CAPA implementation.
- Monitor process controls, product quality, hygiene, sanitation, and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, R&D, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Microbiology, Dairy Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of quality experience in the Juice, Beverage, Hot Fill, or Carbonated Soft Drink (CSD) industry.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- UHT Processing
- Pasteurization
- CIP Systems
- HACCP Implementation
- Food Safety & Quality Management Systems
- Experience working with co-manufacturers is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of FSSAI regulations, GMP, SOPs, and quality documentation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (25%–50%).
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in beverage manufacturing quality systems.
- Experience in internal and supplier audits.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Compensation
CTC: ₹9–10 Lakhs per annum (Based on experience and interview performance)
Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods will be preferred.
