Position: IPQC Executive

📍 Location: Rai, Sonipat, Haryana
💼 Experience: 2–5 Years
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Accounts, and Stores teams to ensure uninterrupted availability of raw materials.
• Plan and monitor raw material procurement, indent processing, receipt, unloading, storage, and timely issuance to production.
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments for efficient production planning.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP/Tally systems.
• Ensure stock traceability and proper documentation across multiple warehouse locations.
• Perform daily inventory reconciliation and monitor MIS reports.
• Verify inventory records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Warehouse & Material Movement

• Supervise material receiving, unloading, storage, sampling, and internal movement.
• Coordinate vehicle movements for inbound and outbound logistics.
• Maintain inventory control while ensuring compliance with FIFO, FEFO, and LIFO inventory practices.
• Ensure proper warehouse housekeeping and storage conditions.

Supplier & Quality Coordination

• Coordinate with suppliers for timely material deliveries.
• Work closely with the Quality team for sampling, testing, and material approval.
• Manage pledged and unpledged raw materials as per production requirements.
• Support supplier documentation and quality compliance activities.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily and monthly inventory, KPI, and consumption reports.
• Conduct monthly physical stock verification and variance analysis.
• Track rejected, expired, and obsolete materials.
• Manage purchase order balances, requisitions, and daily store transactions.
• Generate MIS reports to support operational decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Food Technology, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Raw Material Management, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain within the Food/FMCG manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/Tally and inventory management systems.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations, stock reconciliation, procurement coordination, and documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
