Position
Scientific Regulatory Affairs – Assistant Manager / Senior Executive
📍 Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or a related discipline.
💼 Experience: 4–6+ years in Regulatory Affairs, Food Compliance, or Scientific Affairs within the Food/FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and international food regulatory requirements (US, EU, Australia, and other export markets).
- Manage packaging and product label approvals as per applicable regulations.
- Review and approve artwork while coordinating product change management activities.
- Prepare and maintain export documentation to ensure regulatory compliance for international shipments.
- Monitor changes in global food regulations and provide regulatory intelligence to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Packaging, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams for product launches and regulatory approvals.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate regulatory documentation.
- Maintain regulatory dossiers, technical files, specifications, declarations, and compliance records.
- Ensure product claims, ingredient declarations, allergen statements, and nutritional information comply with statutory requirements.
Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI, Codex, US FDA, EU Food Regulations, and international food standards.
- Hands-on experience in food labeling, packaging compliance, and artwork approval.
- Familiarity with export regulatory documentation and international market compliance.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and regulatory documentation systems.
