💼 Position Details
Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer
Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Industry: FMCG (Biscuit Manufacturing Only)
Openings: 01
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Graduate / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Tech in Food Technology or relevant Food Science discipline
Preferred Candidate: Male
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI, and food safety standards.
- Conduct routine quality inspections and in-process quality checks.
- Maintain QA documentation, records, and reports accurately.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support internal audits and ensure adherence to quality management systems.
- Assist in maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards across the production facility.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
✅ Required Skills
- Experience in biscuit manufacturing is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of food safety and quality assurance practices.
- Familiarity with FSSAI regulations, HACCP, GMP, and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of Quality Assurance experience in the biscuit/FMCG industry.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to maintaining product quality.
- Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
