Position: Vendor Auditor (Quality Assurance)

📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana
💼 Experience: 3+ Years
💰 Salary: ₹4–5 LPA
🧑‍💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Conduct vendor audits and supplier quality assessments across India.
Evaluate supplier compliance with food safety and quality management systems.
Prepare detailed audit reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Assess vendor performance and identify opportunities for quality improvement.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GHP, and ISO 22000 standards.
Collaborate with procurement and cross-functional teams to strengthen supplier quality.
Monitor vendor compliance and support supplier development initiatives.
Maintain audit documentation and ensure timely follow-up on non-conformities.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in:

Food Science
Food Technology
Microbiology
Biotechnology
Or any related discipline

Experience

Minimum 3+ years of experience in:

Vendor Audits
Supplier Quality
Food Safety
Quality Assurance

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GHP, and ISO 22000 requirements.
Excellent auditing, documentation, and report writing skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to travel extensively across India for vendor audits and supplier assessments.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates willing to undertake extensive PAN India travel.
Preference may be given to candidates who can comfortably meet the travel requirements of the role.
