Job Summary
Hospitality Catering LLC is looking for experienced QHSE Officers to support its catering operations across Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems, ensuring food safety compliance, conducting audits, and promoting a strong safety culture across large-scale kitchen and catering operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HACCP, ISO standards, and company safety requirements.
- Conduct routine inspections and internal audits of catering facilities and remote site kitchens.
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and environmental practices.
- Identify workplace hazards and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and non-conformities, preparing detailed reports.
- Conduct QHSE induction programs and regular employee training sessions.
- Maintain QHSE documentation, inspection records, audit reports, and statutory compliance records.
- Coordinate with operations and management teams to improve safety performance and operational excellence.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives for workplace safety and food quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
NEBOSH Certification is mandatory.
Additional certifications in HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, or IOSH will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in:
- Catering Industry
- Hospitality Operations
- Large-Scale Kitchen Operations
- Industrial Catering
- Experience in remote site operations is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of QHSE management systems.
- Sound understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with UAE HSE regulations.
- Excellent auditing, inspection, and risk assessment skills.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
- Good problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
