Position: Food Technologist (Fresher)
Department: Quality Assurance / Food Safety
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Delhi NCR (Mostly Travel-Based Role)
Experience: Freshers
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or a related discipline
Key Responsibilities
- Support food safety and quality assurance activities across vendor and manufacturing operations.
- Monitor compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
- Assist in vendor audits, inspections, and compliance verification.
- Review product labeling to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Participate in food quality evaluations and documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards.
- Prepare reports and maintain records related to food safety and quality.
- Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Travel to vendor locations for inspections and quality monitoring as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology.
- Basic understanding of GMP, GHP, food labeling, and vendor compliance.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Delhi NCR.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the food industry.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality systems.
- Familiarity with HACCP and basic food quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
