Position
Line Chemist / QA Officer / Executive – Documentation
Location: Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 2–5 Years
Industry: Beverage Manufacturing / Packaged Drinking Water
Qualification:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or relevant discipline)
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain quality standards during production.
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform routine quality checks and in-process inspections.
- Handle Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
- Maintain documentation related to quality assurance and production.
- Monitor and verify Clean-in-Place (CIP) activities.
- Investigate deviations and support CAPA implementation.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure product consistency.
- Assist during internal, external, and regulatory audits.
Required Skills
- Sound knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Understanding of GMP and quality documentation practices.
- Experience in handling BMR/BPR documentation.
- Knowledge of CIP processes and quality standards.
- Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with cross-functional teams.
