Position: Quality Auditor
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–2 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality audits across manufacturing and production processes.
- Monitor compliance with food safety, GMP, GHP, HACCP, and company quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Identify non-conformities and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain audit reports, quality records, and documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure continuous process improvement.
- Support internal audits, hygiene inspections, and food safety initiatives.
- Assist in implementing quality improvement projects while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and quality management systems.
- Understanding of GMP, GHP, HACCP, and food manufacturing practices.
- Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Freshers with relevant internships or candidates having up to 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Auditing, or the food manufacturing/snack industry.
- Passionate about food quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and willingness to learn.
