Quality Chemist / Line Chemist (Packaged Drinking Water)

Key Responsibilities
- Production Quality: Monitor and maintain quality standards on the production line for Packaged Drinking Water.
- Testing & Analysis: Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of raw water, process water, and finished goods.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards), FSSAI, and internal quality protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of batch reports, line inspections, and instrument calibrations.
- Process Improvement: Identify deviations and implement corrective actions to ensure zero-defect output.
Mandatory Candidate Profile
- Experience: Proven track record as a Line Chemist or Quality Chemist.
- Industry Niche: Direct experience in Packaged Drinking Water is mandatory.
> Note: Applicants from Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) backgrounds will not be considered for this specific role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in water chemistry, titration, pH monitoring, and hygiene audits.
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, or Food Technology.
Critical Requirement: Notice Period
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
- Maximum Notice Period: 15 Days.
