Job Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Quality Executive to join our operations in Mumbai. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for safety and quality. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of food safety excellence within our manufacturing and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. QMS Implementation & Oversight: Lead the execution and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System across the facility.
2. Quality Assurance (IPQC & FG): Manage rigorous "In-Process" and "Final Product" quality checks to ensure every batch meets defined specifications.
3. Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure strict adherence to GMP, GHP, and hygiene protocols to prevent contamination in Frozen, RTC, and RTE environments.
4. Cold Chain Management: Monitor and validate temperature controls throughout the QA scope to maintain product integrity.
5. Compliance & Audit Readiness: Maintain 100% audit readiness for FSSAI, BRC, ISO, and other third-party or customer-specific audits.
6. Stakeholder & Complaint Management: Act as the key point of contact for quality-related stakeholders; perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA for any customer complaints.
7. Team Leadership: Build a quality-first culture through training, development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills & Competencies

1. Technical Proficiency: Strong command over HACCP, GMP, CAPA, and RCA.
2. Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of FSSAI regulations and hands-on exposure to BRCGS, ISO 22000, or FSMS systems.
3. Operational Excellence: A data-driven mindset with a focus on documentation accuracy and crisis management.
4. Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations with a solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Education: B.Tech in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or Agriculture; or an M.Sc. in Microbiology or Chemistry.
2. Experience: 3–5+ years of core experience in Quality Assurance/Supply Chain within the food manufacturing sector (specifically Frozen, RTC, or RTE products).
3. Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
