Job Title: Quality and Production Executive (Freshers)
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Department: Production

Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or Biotechnology
- M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or Biotechnology
- B.Tech in Food Technology
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day production activities in accordance with production plans.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
- Monitor production processes to maintain product quality and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with production workers to achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain production records and documentation accurately.
- Follow company SOPs, hygiene practices, and quality standards.
- Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.
- Adhere to workplace safety policies and maintain a clean production environment.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of food manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems (GMP, GHP, HACCP).
- Good communication and worker coordination skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).
- Familiarity with AI tools and digital applications.
- Strong learning attitude with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
