Current Open Positions
1. Shift Incharge – Production
Experience: 5–8 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations to achieve production targets.
- Manage CSD (Carbonated Soft Drinks) and Hot Fill production lines efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, food safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate manpower planning and shift activities.
- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Maintain production records and ensure process compliance.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Food Technology, or related discipline.
- Experience in beverage manufacturing is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
2. Sleeve Operator
Experience: 3–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor sleeve labeling machines.
- Ensure accurate sleeve application and product quality.
- Perform machine changeovers and routine maintenance.
- Reduce downtime through preventive maintenance practices.
- Maintain production and quality documentation.
Qualifications
- ITI/Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience operating sleeve labeling machines in beverage/FMCG manufacturing.
- Knowledge of machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
3. Assistant Manager – Maintenance
Experience: 5–8 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime and plant reliability.
- Develop maintenance schedules and monitor execution.
- Coordinate with production teams for planned shutdowns.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong experience in FMCG or beverage manufacturing.
- Knowledge of utilities, preventive maintenance, TPM, and reliability engineering.
4. Quality Engineer – Preform
Experience: 4–6 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain PET preform manufacturing equipment.
- Handle Husky and SIPA injection molding machines.
- Monitor production quality and process parameters.
- Maintain production records and ensure quality compliance.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in food Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with GMP, GHP, HACCP
- Understanding of PET preform manufacturing processes.
