Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QHSE Officer to lead and manage QHSE systems within our catering and hospitality operations. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, implementing best practices, and driving a strong safety and quality culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead implementation and monitoring of QHSE management systems
2. Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO standards, and food safety regulations
3. Conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments
4. Develop and deliver QHSE training programs for staff
5. Investigate incidents and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
6. Maintain documentation and ensure audit readiness
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety and quality performance
8. Coordinate with regulatory authorities and external auditors

Requirements

1. 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
2. 🧑‍💼 5–10 years of experience in a QHSE leadership role (catering/hospitality preferred)
3. 📊 Strong knowledge of:
   1. HACCP implementation & auditing
   2. ISO standards (e.g., ISO 22000, ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
   3. Food safety, health, and environmental practices
4. 📜 Certifications:
   1. NEBOSH / IOSH (preferred)
   2. Advanced Food Safety & HACCP (mandatory)
5. 💡 Strong leadership, communication, and training skills
6. ⚡ Immediate joiners preferred
