Job Title: US IT Recruiter – Freshers and Experienced
Work Location: Remote / Work From Home
Shift Timings: Night Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media (LinkedIn), internal databases, and employee referrals.
- Screen candidates for technical skills and cultural fit through phone/video interviews.
- Work with candidates on H1B, GC, US Citizen, EAD, and TN Visas.
- Negotiate salaries and hourly rates, ensuring timely closure of requirements.
- Submit qualified profiles to clients/vendors and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet current and future client demands.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all client and company hiring policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of US visa categories (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, Citizens, EAD).
- Hands-on experience with W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) hiring.
- Familiarity with US tax terms and work authorizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Tier 1 vendors or direct clients.
- Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related fields.
