Location
Remote (Work From Home – Anywhere in India)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle, from requirement analysis to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Work on Direct Client and W2 requirements while ensuring quality submissions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer management.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and ensure timely status updates.
- Achieve individual hiring targets while maintaining submission quality and turnaround time.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in US Staffing with strong understanding of the US recruitment process.
- Hands-on experience working with Direct Clients and W2 requirements.
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong knowledge of US work authorizations, tax terms, and employment types (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting for Telecom, IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Creative, or Pharmaceutical domains.
- Strong track record of closures and client relationship management.
